SERBIAN INVESTMENT CONFERENCE AT MIPIM 2023

Taking part in MIPIM, a leading international real estate event, the Serbian delegation will host a conference called "Serbia: A Place for Your Growth" about Serbia's investment potential on Wednesday, March 15, at the Palais de Festival in Cannes. It will be an opportunity for some of the world's largest investors who come to MIPIM, as well as numerous companies interested in investing in the real estate industry in Serbia, to learn firsthand about the investment and business climate in Serbia and the opportunities that Serbia currently offers for investment in the residential, office, commercial, industrial, and logistics real estate sectors, as well as in hospitality and the development of medical tourism.

The members of the Serbian delegation that will speak at the conference are: Danilo Cicmil, Special Investment Advisor to the President of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Čadež, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Marko Stojčić, City Architect of the City of Belgrade and Vladimir Popović, Managing Partner at Colliers Serbia.

Danilo Cicmil will speak about general investment landscape and key reasons to invest in Serbia, FDI trends and Government strategies, and will give a brief overview of the main sectors in focus for real estate development.

Marko Čadež will present an overview of the construction industry trends in Serbia and major foreign real estate investments as best practice models, and will announce opportunities for fresh investments in office, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare projects.

Marko Stojčić will speak about significant infrastructure developments in Belgrade that provide chances for fresh investments, successful investments that had the greatest impact on Belgrade's development and city locations that are available for the development of new mixed-use projects.

Vladimir Popović will give an overview of the Serbian real estate market trends and market potential for further investments in the residential, industrial, logistic, office, and retail sectors.

The conference "Serbia: A Place for Your Growth" is organized by West Media World, the official media partner of MIPIM and the only media partner of this prestigious manifestation from Serbia and the region. MIPIM takes place from March 14 to 17 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
