Lenny Kravitz, Miranda Kerr, Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Terry Crews, are just some of the celebrities who have become designers of adorable pieces of furniture such as tables, armchairs, swings, chairs and beds. Some have designed the entire collections and they are serious about this business.

Famous actor Brad Pitt never hoped that his ideas and sketches of furniture could ever be used. However, Frank Pollaro, a well-known furniture manufacturer, revived them, although their original contractual collaboration was a desk for Pitt's castle in France.

This is how the Pitt-Pollaro collection was created, which was presented in 2012 with the slogan "Designed by Pitt, made by Pollaro. Made in the USA." The furniture was handmade in Pollaro's workshop in New Jersey and the influence of art deco can be noticed on each piece.

Musician Lenny Kravitz has been a successful designer for almost two decades. His company Kravitz Design designs interiors and creates collections for various brands. Candlesticks for Swarovski and several interior design projects, from luxury penthouses to private houses, were also noticed.

Lenny Kravitz is signing a new line of furniture, which he launched last year, with the well-known brand CB2. The new collection combines metal with natural materials such as walnut, rattan and white oak. Special attention is paid to the design of fabrics inspired by Africa.

"In my new collection, I was inspired by the amazing places I visited during the trip as well as the people and objects I saw there," Kravitz said.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow also has a notable design collaboration with CB2. Her lifestyle brand Goop debuted with a furniture collection dominated by modern Italian design styles.

According to the president of the CB2 company, Ryan Turf, the inspiration for the collection came from various places, from flea markets in Paris to English country houses of modern style.

One of the most popular pieces created by the collaboration of these two brands is the Curvo couch, with its octagonal seat, light gray or soft pink cushioned backrest and stainless steel legs.

In addition to pieces of furniture, the collection also includes mirrors, carpets, pillows, as well as the cutlery with charming engravings.

Love.Joy.Bliss is a furniture collection launched by Australian model Miranda Kerr with Universal Furniture. Pastel colors and geometric accents are what stands out at first sight in Miranda's collection.

The triangle is still a dominant shape and can be seen on several pieces of this collection. Maybe these details convey the idea of the name that this line of furniture carries - love, joy, bliss.

"If I could choose, I would say Runway console is my favorite. I love the combination of soft pastel tones and brass base," points out the model, whose taste in fashion and design is undeniable.

Actor Terry Crews named one of his furniture collections after his wife Rebecca.

"She has curves. It is comfortable but modern. That's the thing: the entire collection is based on it. It is full of volume, chic and elegant, which I think is the best combination," explains the actor who collaborated with the Bernhardt Design brand to create the furniture.
