A FAMOUS CHEF WITH A MICHELIN STAR IS GUESTING AT THE GRAND KOPAONIK HOTEL

This time, the mountain, popular and loved both in summer and winter, will be visited by the world-famous chef Ike Zimmer, a master of his profession, awarded with a Michelin star, at the invitation of the Grand Kopaonik Hotel. Originally from Germany, Ike travels and works all over the world, and Serbia is on his map as one of his favorite destinations. The roommate will first get acquainted with the natural wealth of our beautiful mountain and discover the fruits that it hides, such as wild blueberries that ripen in this period, blackberries, raspberries, but also aromatic porcini mushrooms, truffles and various forest fruits.

In addition, Michelin's chef will be hosted by a traditional mountain farm in one of the picturesque villages on the outskirts of Kopaonik and will be presented with the indispensable symbols of the cuisine of this part of Serbia. In order to promote local products, a kind of open market will be organized on the plateau in front of the hotel, where Zimmer and his colleagues will have the opportunity to learn about the highest quality local ingredients.

The guest chef will demonstrate his culinary skills inspired by the unique nature of Kopaonik at a specially arranged dinner for a limited number of guests, on Saturday, August 20, in the luxurious ambience of the Grand Hotel.

"I am very happy that I am visiting Serbia again, I like to say that Belgrade is like my third home, after Berlin and London."
