Photo: ekapija.comIn the immediate vicinity of the West 65 and Wellport complexes, as well as Airport City in New Belgrade, the construction of new square meters will soon begin within the newly planned "Newport" complex.
As stated in the urban planning project, developed by Bureau Cube Partners for the needs of ABC Development, seven buildings will be built on a plot of 15,686 square meters, of which six are residential and business complexes and one is business only complex.
Their construction is divided into two phases, and the subject of the urban project, that is on public presentation, is the first phase, which includes the construction of buildings A1, A2 and A3, of which A3 will be ground floor and intended only for business.
There are buildings on the plot in question, which are planned for demolition.
On the southwest side of the complex, the complex in question establishes a regulation with Tadije Sondermejera Street, and on the northeast, it establishes a regulation with the Boulevard of Heroes from Košare. "With this urban project, phase I was elaborated in detail, which enabled its further implementation after the confirmation of the urban project by obtaining location conditions and then a building permit," the document explained.
The realization of phase II of the "Newport" business complex, which is defined by this urban project, is conditioned by the creation and confirmation of a separate urban project with detailed elaboration.
The total above-ground gross developed construction area (GFA) of all buildings within the housing and business complex "Newport" for both phases is 50,094 square meters.
The conceptual architectural solution envisages underground floors where a two-level underground garage with the necessary technical rooms is planned.
A number of residential and business units are also planned in building A2. Business building A3 is positioned next to building A2 and is walled on both sides. Building A3 has a ground floor and four business spaces with an area of about 60 square meters are planned.
The public presentation of the urban project will last from October 24 to 31.
