Each residence has its own heat pump, which provides the energy for air heating and cooling, as well as water heating. Underfloor heating, top-quality wood design ceramic tiles, and luxurious interior carpentry are some of the additional features of the residences.

Each room has its own air conditioning unit, connected to the central cooling system. The smart home system allows control of lighting, heating and cooling, and blinds. Safety sensors—smoke detectors and silent alarm systems—are included. Each residence has its own water meter.
