The three buildings that are currently there, which serve the functions of a painting studio, an administration and maintenance facility for classes, and a depot and graphics department, will be rebuilt and eventually connected by a footbridge on the 10,572 m2 plot of land at the intersection of Mila Milunovića St., Župana Časlava St., and Vojvoda Putnika Boulevard.

In the future complex, a new multi-purpose facility is planned, consisting of an office-residential part (business apartments) of a closed type, intended for the official organization of the Faculty, a workshop for the preparation and processing of graphic plates, a depot for the FLU graphic and painting collection, and a gallery.
An underground garage will also be built within the facility. A space for exhibiting sculptures in the open air is also planned.
