The renders of the interior design of a triplex penthouse, the jewel in the crown of Aston Martin's luxurious Miami skyscraper and currently listed for sale for $59 million, was recently made public and can be seen in the book Unique (astonmartinresidencesunique.com).
Dubbed Unique for its distinct design, the property has 19,868 square feet of living space spread across three floors, including seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Each level comes with a wrap-around terrace, totaling 7,300 square feet of outdoor space. This is the company’s first penthouse property in the world.

Making the residence even more of a rarity is an exclusive buyer’s perk: It comes with the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan, a limited-edition race car valued at $3.2 million.
