Photo: ekapija.comThe Secretariat for Urbanism and Construction Affairs of the City of Belgrade announced a public presentation of the urban project for the reconstruction and extension of the Beo Shopping Center in Belgrade.
The investor of the project is Shopping center IV LTD Belgrade, and the conceptual design was done by Urbanistiq doo Belgrade.
According to the conceptual design, an extension is planned, ie expansion on the level of the second floor of the shopping center in Vojislav Ilić Street, according to ekapija.com.

The plan is to form two new shops with business and commercial facilities and to expand the existing open terrace.
The first store will be formed on the part of the roof surface above the first floor, in the southeastern part of the building, on about 2,994 square meters. A gallery is also planned inside the bar.
In the northern part of the roof, another store is planned on about 1,033 square meters.

The open terrace will be expanded into two zones of 302.35 square meters each, and upon completion of the reconstruction will have an area of about 1066 square meters.
