Marina Dorćol will be a new settlement on the banks of the Danube in the heart of Belgrade. The construction of a modern residential and business complex on a plot of 4.15 hectares will begin in the second half of 2022, and the settlement will be an exclusive part of the capital, with green terraces and roofs, parks, and pedestrian and bicycle paths. The project envisages the revitalization of the existing marina, the creation of a park around the original railway and the construction of residential buildings with a livable ground floor, which will be connected to the coast and include all of the necessary infrastructure. Marina Dorćol was designed by Czech architect Stanislav Fiala and Jelena Kuzmanović, from the partner bureau "Kuzmanović + Fiala". The investor is SEBRE Holding, a company based in the Czech Republic. A total of 300 million euros will be invested in the project, which is expected to take six years to complete.
