The project team did not aim to fit the villas into the existing environment, but to create a new, modern ambiance next to the Podavala neighborhood. With great attention to every detail, a noble and urban entity has been created, connected to the natural environment in the surroundings, known as "the overflow of the interior into the exterior".
The architectural design of the urban villas consists of two intersecting rectangles, with ground and first floor, forming a street and courtyard bay window. The project's geometry is technologically demanding, but the large glass surfaces without pillars at the corners of the living room and the cantilevered steel staircase give the objects visual impressiveness and a special aesthetic. With this solution, the investor wanted to set this project apart from others and leave its personal mark on the settlement.
