VRAČAR TO GET NEW OFFICE BUILDING WITH SEVEN FLOORS

The company Marzo from Belgrade plans to build an office building in Vračar. According to the urban project prepared by Berger Projekt from Valjevo, the planned facility will be located at 3 Bokeljska Street, and the area of the space covered by the urban project is 8 ares and 87 square meters.

Mostly residential facilities have been built in the immediate environment of said location.

The construction of an office building which consists of two underground garages with side technical rooms, the ground floor and seven upper floors, which will be in the function of business operations, is planned, ekapija.com reports.

Parking is envisaged within the garage. The garage is planned on two levels and with access through a two-way access ramp. The number of parking spaces is 32. The planned facility leans on two sides of the parcel.

The facility will be realized within a single phase. The gross developed area of the upper floors is 2,550.78 square meters, whereas the underground floors will have a gross developed area of 1,546.40 square meters, amounting to a total of 4,097.18 square meters.

The urban project will be up for public view until September 14.
