Photo: freepik.comThe average price of a hectare of agricultural land in Serbia in the second quarter of this year was up to 3,917 euros higher compared to the prices of the previous year.
53.2 million euros were set aside for the purchase of agricultural land in this period, which is three percent of the total turnover of real estate, according to the data of the Republic Geodetic Institute (RGI) , biznis.rs reports.
The most expensive agricultural land was in the Belgrade region, up to 59,800 euros per hectare, and in that region the highest price increase of an average hectare of 3,917 euros compared to the same quarter of 2021 was recorded.
This year, the average price of a hectare in the capital region was 12,320 euros, and last year it was 8,403 euros per hectare.
The most expensive square of agricultural land was sold in the town of Kać, in the Južnobačka district, at a price of 40 euros for one square.
In the Srem district, the record prices of fields reached 43,550 euros per hectare, in Južnobački up to 33,450 euros, and in Južnobanatski up to 23,000 euros.
In Srem, the record price of land in 2021 was 24,388 euros per hectare, in Južnobački district 24,593 euros, in Šumadija and Western Serbia 29,890 euros, announced the RGZ.
In southern and eastern Serbia, the highest price per hectare was 27,350 euros, the average value was 5,050 euros per hectare, and the lowest was 415 euros.
