Photo: PixabayDuring January, 165 construction permits were issued in the capital, with an estimated total value of 12.7 billion dinars. Of the total number of issued "papers" for construction, 81.8 percent refers to buildings, and 18.2 percent to other buildings.
According to the issued permits, the construction of 353 apartments was reported in Belgrade in January, with an average area of 70.1 square meters.
Of the total number of apartments, 13.3 percent has an average area of 148.1 meters and will be built in buildings with one apartment. About 86.7 percent of the apartments will be built in buildings with two, three or more apartments, and their average area will be 58.2 square meters.
If only multi-storey buildings are observed, 86.7 percent of permits were issued for residential buildings, and 13.3 percent for non-residential buildings. 76.7 percent was issued for pipelines, communication and electric water supply systems, beogradske.rs reports.
The estimated value of works on new buildings in January is 97 percent of the total estimated value of works.
Observed by the municipalities of the capital, the largest construction activity is in the municipality of Novi Beograd and amounts to 76 percent of the projected value of new construction, followed by the municipalities of Mladenovac with 7 percent, Zemun 5 percent, while the participation of all other municipalities is up to 12 percent.
