The world's leading real estate industry event, MIPIM, will take place March 14–17 in Cannes, France. It will be another exceptional opportunity, with a tradition longer than 30 years, to gather the most influential players from all sectors of the real estate industry on an international level during four days at the Festival Palace on the Croisette.

In crafting a unique urban festival during four days in Cannes, MIPIM influences and accelerates the transformation of the built environment. As in previous years, more than 20,000 delegates from nearly 100 countries and more than 2,500 companies will gather in Cannes this March. All of them will have the opportunity to present their projects, learn about new trends, attend numerous events and conferences on an area of 20,000 m2, and most importantly, to directly network with potential partners from all sectors of the real estate business, from residential, industry, logistics, and office space to the hotel industry, healthcare, tourism, and significant infrastructure projects. The essence of this gathering is access to the largest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide, which is not offered by any other real estate fair in the world.

What makes this event unique is the opportunity to meet directly face-to-face with the world's largest investors and developers, as well as leaders in all sectors of the construction and real estate industries, as well as political leaders and representatives of local governments and cities around the world. This year, representatives of numerous cities from the United Kingdom, France, Estonia, Finland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Poland, and many other countries will be present at MIPIM.

Carrying on last year's theme "Driving urban change," MIPIM 2023 will be dedicated to ESG standards, and in light of this, a new scene is opening within the exhibition space: Road to Zero, with an area of 400 m2. The new dedicated zone will combine exhibition, networking, and conference space with a focus on practical methods to decarbonize the real estate industry.

Road to Zero by MIPIM will gather all the key players of the built environment engaged in this process: from sustainable investors, to developers, industry and innovative solutions providers. Along with leading companies Schneider Electric and Schindler as gold and silver sponsors, major names like PwC, Veolia, Building Minds and Carrier are already confirmed as exhibitors in the area.

Another new, exclusive international event awaits us at this year's MIPIM: the MIPIM Co-Liv Summit, dedicated to the growing trend of co-living. Launched in partnership with Co-Liv, the leading global association of co-living professionals, the MIPIM Co-Liv Summit will take place on Monday, March 13, before the traditional opening of MIPIM on Tuesday, March 14.

The new event responds to the rise of co-living, a form of residential development that provides shared living space for its residents. Cities such as Barcelona and London are leading the way by introducing legal frameworks for the construction of co-living developments as a means to unite private housing space with public shared spaces to build new communities and try to solve housing shortages.

The MIPIM Co-Liv Summit will be an annual event that will bring together leading players in the sector, from investors, developers, and cities to architects, agents, and real estate consultants.
