THE GENEX TOWER WAS SOLD FOR 20 MILLION EUROS

The business half of the Genex Tower in New Belgrade, one of the symbols of the Serbian capital, was sold today for 2.4 billion dinars (about 20.4 million euros), N1 announced.

Seven buyers competed for the purchase, and according to Blic's unofficial information, the winner is the company Eureka Bar, whose sole owner, according to official data from the APR, is Aleksandar Kajmaković, reports eKapija.com.

The buyer company was founded in 2011 and deals with the preparation and serving of drinks. In the race to buy the West Gate of Belgrade, there were NR DEVELOPMENT, Singidunum University, Zvonko Gobeljić, Tardycon Holding Limited, Summers, Exeone, and Eureka Bar.

The business part of the Geneks tower was offered for two billion dinars at the first auction and for 1.46 billion dinars at the second. The initial price for the Genex Tower at today's auction was 834 million dinars.

The new owner bought the coomercial part of the Genex Tower, which consists of 28 separate parts with an area of 14,943 square meters, then office space from the 27th to the 37th floor with an area of 1,450.39 square meters, as well as business and garage space with an area of 9,023 square meters and ten garages with an area of 6,445 square meters.

The Genex residential and business center was declared a cultural monument in November 2021.

Aleksandar Kajmaković (47), better known as Aca Bosanac, is a controversial businessman who owns a "half" of Skadarlija, cafes, nightclubs, cafes, and hotels in Belgrade, reported nova.rs.

Aca Bosanac is the owner of the restaurant Temperament located in Beton Hala, then the nightclub La Fayette in Karadjordjeva street, the club Casino in Terazije, and he is also the owner of the hotel Casino, then the club Teatro in Sarajevo, and the floating river club Port near Ušće, then Caffe Theater, better known under the name Kod Konja, then the Boutique cafe and exclusive apartments under the same name, and in Skadarlija he owns Tri šešira, Dva goluba, and Zlatni Bokal, reports Nova.
