According to data from the Republic Geodetic Authority, real estate worth 574.4 million euros was exchanged in Serbia in November 2021, which is 47.6 percent more than November 2020 and 69 percent more than the same month in 2019.
In November, 13,700 contracts for the sale of real estate were concluded in Serbia, which is an increase of 22 percent compared to the same month in 2020, and 28.8 percent compared to November 2019. Compared to October, 1.7 percent more contracts were registered in November.
Apartments remain the most sought-after real estate; in November, more than half of the record amount of money spent on the real estate market, or 52 percent, was spent on apartment purchases. The majority of the apartments were purchased in Belgrade.
